Full vaccination recommended. Masking will be required due to the COVID-19 protocols.

*Note: If your school is paying for your membership and/or registration fee, each member must renew their membership and/or register for the conference individually. Once you have entered your information, please select Pay by Check on the payment section. This will create a pending membership and/or ticket for registration. Once payment is received from your school or other source, your membership and/or registration will be confirmed and your ticket will be issued. 

 **Important, please ensure that your school includes your name on the check and what is being funded to ensure your membership/registration is confirmed.

T-Shirts exclusively available for our Conference. Below are the instructions on how to order from Castle Uniforms. Order by April 1st and your order will be available and delivered to you at the conference.

• Go to the link, Group Sign-in (shopcastleuniforms.com). Sign in with group code NCADN.
• After reading the welcome information, click on Shop My ADN Council Meeting Group at the bottom of the page.
• At some point in the process, the site will ask you to choose which of our 2 stores you are shopping with. Please choose the 1800 Skibo Rd. location. That is where our warehouse is and where the shirts will be produced.
• Choose your t-shirt by clicking on Add To Cart under the design you would like. That will take you to the next page where you can choose the color and size for your t-shirt. The page will say Out of Stock at Castle Uniforms, Incorporated, Available On-Line. That’s because the t-shirts have not been made yet.
• Once you have finished adding the t-shirt to your cart, click on the Checkout option. The site will ask you to choose a store to shop from since we have 2 locations.
• You can create an account by clicking on the Create new account. Some of you may have an account with us from past purchases at the Council Meeting, but we can merge an sales from the two accounts on our end later.
• The site will ask you to choose to pick-up your item or have it shipped. You may do either, knowing that I will deliver the shirts to the Council meeting in April. If you do choose to ship, the only option available at this time is delivery to the meeting, which is no charge. After the meeting, depending on interest, I may leave the site up for future orders, but there will be a minimal shipping charge to either the school or you home address.
• Finish the order by putting in your payment information and the order will come directly to our office for production.



Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be in writing due by 03/11/2022. If after this date or “no show”, fees are nonrefundable. Substitutions are permitted at check-in.
