Home Health RN – Chapel Hill, NC

Weekly Gross: $2,200

Breakdown: -

W2: $19/HR

Perdiem: $1440/Weekly

Backfill Position – Start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and agency protocols.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact license).
• Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required.
• Proficient in OASIS documentation (preferred).
• BLS certification (current).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
