What We Offer

Registered Nurse Hyperbaric Wound Care

Location: Thomasville, NC

Department: WHC (Wound Clinic)

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Clinic-Focused Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier wound care in our outpatient hyperbaric facility
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, wound specialists, and therapists to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Manage therapy sessions with safety and precision, ensuring every patient receives optimal treatment
  • Monitor patient progress and document care accurately in EMRs, adhering to clinic policies and “First Do No Harm” principles
  • Contribute to quality improvement and operational efficiency within the Wound Ostomy Care Services team

✅ Your Clinical Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s preferred
  • Current RN license in North Carolina
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in wound care or outpatient settings
  • Preferred Wound Certification (e.g., WOCN, CWCN) and familiarity with hyperbaric oxygen therapy protocols
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and ability to work independently with patients

What We're Looking For

  • Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant experience, required.
  • Licensure/Certification:
    • Current RN license in appropriate state, required.
    • Wound Certification, preferred.
  • Additional Skills Required:
    • Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Must be able to provide care with minimal supervision.
  • Additional Skills Preferred:
    • Wound certification.
    • Expertise with advanced wound care products and techniques.
