RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight in accordance with facility protocols

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and update care plans

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other care staff during shifts

• Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership about resident needs

• Ensure proper documentation of care and incidents

• Uphold infection control, safety procedures, and compliance with state regulations

• Participate in care team meetings and shift handoffs

• Support a compassionate, respectful care environment for all residents

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

• Minimum of 6 months RN experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or SNF setting

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills

• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus

• CPR certification preferred
