We have sent out the vendor application to all of our past vendors and some new ones. If you have an organization that you would like to see represented, please email us at NCADNCouncil@gmail.com and we can extend an invitation.
Nominations:
Are you interested in serving on the executive board for NCADN?
This year we will be voting for a new treasurer.
The Treasurer shall be elected in each even year and shall serve a two-year term, at the end of this two-year term, the Treasurer will assume the role as Past Treasurer for the transition period deemed necessary.
Duties of the Treasurer:
Receive and disburse funds upon direction from the NCADN Council according to the budget approved by the membership.
1. Keep an accurate record of all receipts and disbursements.
2. Provide the membership with a written summary of receipts and disbursements and the balance of each account maintained by the NCADN Council at annual meetings.
3. Provide the Secretary with a detailed report of receipts, disbursements, and account balances to be maintained in the permanent file of the NCADN Council.
4. Deposit all funds within 30 days of receipt.
5. Meet all financial obligations within 30 days of designation by the Executive Committee and/or receipt of a bill.
6. Provide financial records for audit to persons designated by the Executive Committee. The audit shall be conducted each even year.
7. Serve as chair of the Finance Committee of the NCADN Council.
We will send out an application prior to the event for all of those interested in applying to this position and we will hold a vote at the conference.

Test Construction: Improving the quality of items.
This presentation is designed to help faculty improve skills in writing test items. Principles of test construction. Guidelines for developing test items, as a means of measuring critical thinking and clinical judgment will be discussed. Emphasis will be placed on building test questions according to the NCLEX blueprint, producing defendable test items and conducting productive test reviews. -

Drawing on evidence from her Competency-Based Certification Framework, Dr. Sellars illustrates how to connect exam results, faculty reflection, and CNE® readiness to drive excellence in both educator growth and student outcomes. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to “close the loop” between evaluation and empowerment creating a culture where data fuels confidence, certification, and continuous improvement. -
